At the heart of everything I do is one enduring conviction: how we show up matters.
Whether through conversation, culture, strategy, storytelling, training, books or live experiences, my work has always centred on helping people, brands, institutions and even nations find clarity in who they are and confidence in how they are perceived.
Over the years, this conviction has taken many forms, from executive coaching and perception management to national identity work, public conversations, curated experiences and written reflections. Different expressions, one purpose: shaping presence, strengthening identity and creating meaningful human connection.
I am a cultural diplomat and national identity strategist by training; a host, guide and storyteller by instinct. Conversations, culture, humanity and becoming remain the threads that hold the work together.
